Information Analyst (MS SQL & CRM) – to £30k - based near Preston & Blackpool –This highly successful and expanding Leisure & Hospitality organisation is seeking to recruit an experienced Information Analyst with MS SQL skills and knowledge of CRM to control and manage all aspects of CRM (MS Dynamics) data.

THE ROLE

• Ensuring only validated (format & content) data enters the CRM system
• Advise CRM Manager on structure, design and performance of CRM Data
• Provide MIS across the organisation undertaking investigation, analysis, design, and project work to maximise use of the CRM system.

The CRM Analyst will be expected to:
• Build an in-depth knowledge of the CRM database and it’s uses
• Design & implement data flow processes
• Investigate and diagnose any failures in data flows
• Design & maintain a responsive information service for staff and introduce MS Power BI tools
• Identify new and beneficial ideas for the use of CRM.

PERSON SKILLS

• Information Analyst with 2 years+ experience working with CRM data and SQL Server
• T-SQL with ability to query and verify that databases and interfaces are operating correctly. Understand how data is stored and how to gather/test it.
• Good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Visio, ideally with experience of MS Dynamics CRM, DotMailer, and SSRS/SSIS.
• Educated to A level standard, numerate, logical and analytical
• Good communicator able to build rapport directly with users, flexible, pro-active
• Of advantage would be experience of having worked in a Sales and Marketing environment.
