Technical IT Support Analyst, based Warrington £18,000 - 23,000 plus bonus and excellent benefits. This successful & expanding financial services company is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and conscientious Support Analyst to join a team providing support to c350 users. The role will involve providing 1st & 2nd line network and desktop support via the Helpdesk and hands on.


• 18 months + experience of remote and hands on support/administration
• Windows Desktop 7,10, Office 365, Android, IOS
• Experience of Active Directory and MS Exchange administration
• Desktop deployment (WDS, MDT)
• Understanding of Virtualisation (VMWare), Networking and Telephony
• Any experience of MS SQL, Web, MS Dynamics would be beneficial
• Pro Active, team player with excellent troubleshooting skills, documentation etc
• Organised, flexible, willingness to learn, helpful attitude, excellent communication skills.


• Provide 1st/2nd line remote and hands on support to c350 desktop users
• Troubleshooting and diagnosis of hardware and business software inc Website and escalation where necessary
• Telephone system and mobile device support
• Imaging and Deployment of new hardware / software
• Maintaining appropriate documentation.
