IT Support Manager / Team Leader

IT Support Manager / Team Leader –£30k - based Fylde – This highly successful and expanding Leisure organisation is seeking to recruit an experienced IT & Desktop Support Manager to manage a small team (3) supporting infrastructure, desktop, software applications, network and telephony across a large site. THE ROLE This is a hands on role split equally between technical support and management. • Manage, motivate and inspire a help desk team in a busy environment (c350 users) • Work to ensure the user base fully exploits systems to best advantage • Hold weekly / monthly meetings with the team with a focus on Service Delivery • Liaise with 3rd parties regarding any work to be undertaken • Monitor the network, perform daily system checks • Provide assistance in ongoing Projects • Assist in design and documentation of business processes relating to Data Maintenance • Provide monthly management reporting. Support Analyst - Managed Service

IT Remote Support – (MS Server, Network Monitoring, Back-ups etc) £20-£26k plus shift allowance (to 30%) – based North Manchester. One of the North West’s leading IT Solutions providers who has consistently achieved Microsoft Gold Partner status is experiencing tremendous growth in their Managed Services division and is looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst to join a team providing remote support to clients working on a shift rota of 4 days on and 4 off*. THE ROLE - In a team environment the IT Support Analyst will provide proactive monitoring and management of managed service systems inc network and firewall management, back-ups, troubleshooting and pro-actively resolving issues through their leading edge Active System Monitoring technology. You will be expected to identify generic trends looking at performance issues and providing resolutions. Confident, with excellent troubleshooting and system administration skills you will offer a high level of customer service, possessing first rate communication skills. *This will involve working within a flexible shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 off which pays an allowance of up to 30% of salary (exact hours negotiable).
