System Support Analyst £23k - £28k– Based Preston


This progressive MSP & IT Support Company is seeking to recruit an experienced 2nd line Support Analyst* to join an established team focussing on the remote support of client infrastructure solutions including MS Server, Active Directory, Exchange, O365 and Desktop applications with occasional site visits.


With previous experience of providing remote support, you will possess excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, be a team player and customer focussed.


*Our client would also be interested in hearing from candidates with Team Leader experience which would attract a higher salary.


Technical Skills


2 years+ experience of supporting:


  • Windows Server 2008 – 2016 & Desktop
  • Active Directory (inc Group Policy)
  • O365 – set up, portal, and / or MS Exchange admin (hosted /on prem)
  • Anti-virus etc
  • Printer set-up and troubleshooting
  • LAN


Other skills of interest include: Backup technologies, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, Datto, Security awareness, Network Monitoring, Azure, SQL Server, Printer set-up. You will be a good communicator, client service focussed, and a team player with excellent troubleshooting skills.
