IT Support Manager –£30k - based near Preston & Blackpool – This highly successful and expanding Leisure organisation is seeking to recruit an experienced IT & Desktop Support Manager to manage a small team (3) supporting infrastructure, desktop, software applications, network and telephony across a large site. THE ROLE This is a hands on role split equally between technical support and management. • Manage, motivate and inspire a help desk team in a busy environment (c350 users) • Work to ensure the user base fully exploits systems to best advantage • Hold weekly / monthly meetings with the team with a focus on Service Delivery • Liaise with 3rd parties regarding any work to be undertaken • Monitor the network, perform daily system checks • Provide assistance in ongoing Projects • Assist in design and documentation of business processes relating to Data Maintenance • Provide monthly management reporting. Standard hours of work Monday to Friday and you will be expected to work 1 Saturday in 4.
