IT Remote Support – (MS Server, Network Monitoring, Back-ups etc) £20-£26k plus shift allowance (to 30%) – based North Manchester. One of the North West’s leading IT Solutions providers who has consistently achieved Microsoft Gold Partner status is experiencing tremendous growth in their Managed Services division and is looking to recruit an IT Support Analyst to join a team providing remote support to clients working on a shift rota of 4 days on and 4 off*. THE ROLE - In a team environment the IT Support Analyst will provide proactive monitoring and management of managed service systems inc network and firewall management, back-ups, troubleshooting and pro-actively resolving issues through their leading edge Active System Monitoring technology. You will be expected to identify generic trends looking at performance issues and providing resolutions. Confident, with excellent troubleshooting and system administration skills you will offer a high level of customer service, possessing first rate communication skills. *This will involve working within a flexible shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 off which pays an allowance of up to 30% of salary (exact hours negotiable). Based North Manchester with a negotiable salary between £20,000 and £26,000 dependant on experience.
