You will be expected to identify generic trends looking at performance issues and providing resolutions. Confident, with excellent troubleshooting and system administration skills you will offer a high level of customer service, possessing first rate communication skills. *This will involve working within a flexible shift pattern of 4 days on and 4 off which pays an allowance of up to 30% of salary (exact hours negotiable).
